    4 cups Oats
    1 cup flax seeds
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup sesame seeds
    1 cup unsweetened shredded coconuts
    1 cup wheat bran
    1 cup almonds, pecans or walnuts (slivered or chopped)

    1/2 cup coconut oil
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1 TBSP ground cinnamon

    Warm the last 4 ingredients on a stovetop over low heat, pour over grains and bake in oven at 325' for 20-30 minutes,
    or bake until golden brown.
