Ingredients

    1 medium ripe tomato
    1 baby cucumber (about 1 inch in diameter)
    1/3 green pepper
    1 spring/green onion
    6-8 kalamata olives (pitted)
    1/4 cup feta cheese
    1 TBSP Renee's Mediterranean Greek Vinaigrette (Optional)

Directions

Cut up Tomato into wedges.
Cut Green pepper into small chunks.
Slice green onions and cucumber.
Cut kalamata olives in half.
Crumble feta.
Mix together.
Add Renee's Mediterranean Greek Vinaigrette (Optional)

Serving Size: makes about 2 cups of salad
