Ingredients

    700 grams cabbage appr. 1/2 med to large head
    1 small summer squash or zucchini
    1 med. onion
    100 grams carrot appr. 2 med.
    125 grams celery appr. 1 1/2 large
    200 grams fresh or frozen green beans
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1/2 roasted red pepper
    4 cups homemade chicken stock
    8 cups of water or more for desired thinning
    1 teaspoon salt
    pepper or mrs. dash to taste
    1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne or teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Wash, dice, measure, or weigh vegetables. Combine everything in a large soup pot or slow cooker and simmer until vegetables are tender. adjust seasoning as needed and enjoy.
