Ingredients
-
1 - thawed chicken piece
2 - mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 - onion (chopped)
2~ teaspoons of Cajun seasoning
1/4~ teaspoon of cayanne pepper
1 - clove of garlic (chopped or diced)
2 - flour tortillas (soft)
Directions
Cut chicken into 1/2 inch cubes. Chop onions about 1/4 inch thick. Cut mushrooms about 1/16 inch thick.
Oil skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and 1 teaspoon of cajun seasoning. Cook chicken lightly. Add vegetables and cayanne pepper. Stir for about 3 minutes. Increase heat to high for about 2 minutes. Add garlic and decrease heat back to medium. You should be smelling the garlic and cayanne after about a minute. Add remaining cajun seasoning. Stir throughoughly.
Place tortillas on plates, garnish with sprinkles of cajun seasoning. Add cooked food over tortillas. Serve with milk (trust me you will need it to quickly cool off and prevent hiccups!).
