Ingredients

    1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper
    1 Medium Sweet Red Bell Pepper
    1 Large Sweet Onion
    1 Bunch Celery
    2 Containers Garden Fresh Gourmet Salsa (Sweet Onion & Hot)
    7 Cloves of Garlic
    3.5 lbs of 93/7 Lean Ground Turkey
    12 cups of Low Sodium, Organic Free Range Chicken Broth
    4 Cans Private Selection Organic Great Northern Beans
    2 Cans Private Selection Organic Pinto Beans
    2 Cans Private Selection Black Beans
    2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Seasoning
    1 tbsp. Cumin
    4 tbsp. Chili Powder

Directions

Brown ground turkey in a separate pan using Pam cooking spray, drain & set aside.

Saute onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic in a large stock pot also using Pam cooking spray.

Add Turkey and remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or longer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
