Ingredients

    15 oz canned pumpkin
    12 oz evaporated fat free milk
    3/4 c egg beaters
    3 t pumpkin pie spice
    1 t vanilla extract
    1/2 c splenda

Directions

Combine ingredients. Pour into pie plate coated wtih cooking spray. Bake 45-60 min @325 degrees.

    Very good. Eat it warm with a scoop of fat free vanilla yogurt or sugar free ice cream. Yummy. - 11/26/07
