    15 oz canned pumpkin
    12 oz evaporated fat free milk
    3/4 c egg beaters
    3 t pumpkin pie spice
    1 t vanilla extract
    1/2 c splenda


Combine ingredients. Pour into pie plate coated wtih cooking spray. Bake 45-60 min @325 degrees.
