Introduction

Ingredients

2 cans of sugar free cherry pie filling
1 can of pineapple tidbits
2 box sugar free black cherry jello
1 cup fat free cream cheese
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 spritz of lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup of Splenda (or sugar if you prefer)
1 oz of pecans chopped
Directions
put cherry pie filling in 9 x 13 pan w/drained pineapple.
Mix 3 cups of boiling water into the contents of 2 boxes of jello. Stir thoroughly then add to cherry/pineapple mix and stir gently but thoroughly until all 3 items are entirely blended. Chill to set.
In separate bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add splenda and vanilla and lemon juice. Beat well, then chill.
When jello has set well, top with cream mixture and sprinkle with pecans. Serve cold.
