Ingredients

    * 1 Lb. 90% Lean Ground Beef
    * 0.5 C Chopped Onion
    * 1 Packet Lawry's Taco Seasoning
    * 1 12-Shell Box Mission Jumbo Taco Shells
    * 1 12-oz can Tomato Sauce or Crushed Tomatoes, seasoned to taste. (I use cilantro, a dash of garlic, a little onion, and salt and pepper.)
    * 2 C Iceburg lettuce, 2 cup Shredded
    * 2 C. Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Brown beef with onion, then add taco seasoning and 1 C water. Cook until reduced down. Fold aluminum foil so tacos stand upright (I do two or three together). Distribute meat in each of the taco shells. Add cheese to each. Heat in oven until cheese melts. Add shredded lettuce & tomato sauce to serve.
