Ingredients

    Chicken Breast
    Olive Oil
    Onion, chopped
    Zucchini
    Okra
    Italian Seasoning
    Salt - just a sprinkle
    Rice - cooked

Directions

Put olive oil in pan, cook chicken until brown. Add chopped onion and cook until clear. Add zucchini and tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes. Add cooked rice that has been rinced to remove starch.
