    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 c butter
    1 tbs sugar

    Crumb the above ingredients.

    1/2 scant c water
    1 egg, lightly beaten

    Put into 8" cake pan, sprinkle with a llittle sugar
    Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
