Ingredients

    1 1/2 Cups canned black beans, drained and rinsed
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 TBSP water
    1TBSP ground cumin
    1/2 Cup Salsa

Directions

Put first 5 ingredients in blender and puree until fairly smooth. Empty into bowl and mix in salsa. Chill and serve with tortillas, cut veggies or pita bread wedges.

Serving Size: makes 5 1/4 Cup servings
