Ingredients

    1 medium Onion chopped
    2 tbsp Olive oil
    2 cloves garlic minced
    1 can peeled tomatoes with juice
    1 tbsp dry parsley
    1 tsp dry cilantro
    1 jalepeno pepper seeded and chopped
    1/2 cup green chiles
    juice from 2 limes
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 chicken breast, pulled or diced or whatever
    6-8 cups broth, chicken or veg

Directions

Saute Onion and Garlic
add chicken
when pretty much cooked add tomatoes, green chilis, parsley, jalepeno
Cook for 5 minutes
add broth, lime juice, cilantro, pepper and salt
Cook for 30 minutes


Serving Size: Not sure, about 6-8 serving of 1-1.5 cups
