Introduction

Low fat, low carb breakfast sausage. Low fat, low carb breakfast sausage.

Ingredients

    2 1/4 lbs of ground turkey (93/7)
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/4 tsp ground sage
    3/4 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp cayene pepper, ground
    1 to 2 tsp fennel seeds, crushed

Directions

In large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Divide mixture into 12 3 oz portions and shape into patties.

Spray nonstick griddle with cooking spray and heat. Add sausage patty and cook, turning until browned on both sides and juices run clear.
