Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups cauliflower
    2 tbsp coconut cream (tropical traditions)
    1 tbsp nutritional yeast
    juice from half of a lemon
    1/2-1 tsp sea salt to taste

Directions

"Rice" your cauliflower in a food processor. Add in coconut, yeast, and lemon and blend. Salt to taste. Yum!
