Ingredients

    Marinade:
    1/4C. ex. Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Tbls. Distilled white vinegar
    2 Tbls. Fresh Lime Juice
    2 Tbls. Lime Zest
    1 1/2 tsps. Honey
    2 Cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
    1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp hot pepper sauce (optional)
    1lb. Cod, cut into chunks

    Dressing:
    1(8 ounce) container Fat Free Sour Cream
    2 Tbls. Fresh Lime Juice
    2 tsp. lime zest
    1/4 tsp. Cumin
    1/4 tsp. Chili Powder
    1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Topping:
    1 (10 ounce) package flour tortillas
    3 ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
    1 bunch cilantro, chopped
    1 small head cabbage, cored and shredded
    2 limes, cut in wedges

Directions

1. Place fish in an air tight container. Combine remaining marinade ingredients. Pour over fish and refrigerate from 2 to 8hrs.

2. Combine Dressing items and refrigerate until needed

3. Preheat grill. If possible set grate 4 inches from heat.

4. Remove fish from marinade, drain off any excess and discard marinade. Grill Fish, about 9 minutes

5. Assemble Tacos by placing Fish in center of tortillas . Top with tomatoes, Cilantro, Cabbage, and drizzle with dressing. Serve with lime wedges.
