Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lbs Beef, eye of round (any roast can be used)
    1 onion quartered
    2 potatoes peeled and sliced in half and then quartered
    1 cup of baby carrots



Directions

Salt and Pepper roast and put in crock pot, cover with water add other ingredients.

My crock pot goes from 6 hours to 12 hours cook times, so it just depends when I get it in the crock pot. I try to get at least 8 hours of cook time. My feelings is 10 hours is the best.
