Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Ground Beef
    1 pack Taco Seasoning
    2 can (16 oz) FF Refried Beans
    4 (10 in) Wheat Tortillas
    2.1/3 cups FF Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    2/3 cups Mexican Blend Cheese, shredded
    1 can (11 oz) Mexicorn

    Optional
    2 Green Onions, chopped
    2 Plum Tomatoes, chopped

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef until brown. Drain. Combine with taco seasoning and refried beans. Spread half of mixture in a 9x13 baking dish, top with half the can of mexicorn and 2 tortillas and half of the cheese. Repeat layers again.

3. Bake 35 to 45 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly. Top with green onions and tomatoes if desired. Sour cream and salsa are also good toppers.
