Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups finely sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 medium apples, sliced
    1/2 cup quartered red grapes
    3/4 cup quartered green grapes
    1/2 cup celery
    1 cup craisins
    16 oz Oikos plain greek yogurt
    1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds

    Add parsley flakes, seasoning salt and black pepper to taste.

Directions

Cook chicken and let cool. Chop finely. Add and mix all ingredients together.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 8 1 cup servings.
