    1 ready made pizza crust
    1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 package of Philadelphia Cooking Cream - Italian Cheese & Herb
    1 sleeve of pepperoni (about 20 pepperonis)
    1 small tomato, sliced very thin
    1 small zucchini, sliced very thin
    3/4 cup of shredde mozzarella cheese


Brush pizza crust with olive oil. Spoon cooking cream onto pizza crust and spread in circles. Place sliced tomatoes, sliced zucchinis and pepperonis on top of cream. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes, or until crust becomes golden. Let cool 2 minutes before slicing.
