Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cans of Eden Organic Navy Beans (no salt added)
    2 cans of Eden Organic Cannellini Beans (no salt added)
    6 cups of Herdez Salsa Verde
    1 pint of Grape Tomatoes
    2 cups of chopped white onions
    1/4 cup of chopped fresh banana pepper
    1/2 cup chopped white bell pepper
    2 cans White Shoepeg Corn
    1 cup White Jasmine Rice
    Seasonings:
    1 tbsp lime juice
    1 tsp cracked black pepper
    2 tbsp cumin seeds
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp red flaked pepper
    2 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Directions

1. Chop all the vegetables.
2. Combine all the ingredients in the Crock Pot
3. Cook for a minimum of 6 hours, no more than 9 hours on low.
