Ingredients

    2 small Boneless Skinless chicken breasts (Chopped)
    1/2 cup onion (Minced)
    1/2 Cup Green Pepper (Chopped)
    1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
    1 small can fire roasted diced green chiles
    1 tsp olive oil
    1- 8 oz. can Organic tomato sauce
    2- cans Swanson Chicken Broth
    1- Can Organic Refried Beans
    1 tsp taco seasoning
    1 tsp Cumin
    1/4- 1/2 tsp ground Cayenne Pepper
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Put onion, green pepper and garlic in large sauce pan with olive oil. Cook until tender-crisp
2. Add diced chicken and green chiles. Cook until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
3. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
4. You can garnish with Avocado and Sour cream if desired.

Serving Size: Makes 5 1.5 cup servings
