    2 potatoes, cubed
    4 carrots, sliced
    8 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
    32 oz. Low Sodium beef broth
    1 packet McCormick Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
    10 oz. tomato puree

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Makes 4 servings.
