Ingredients

    2 avocados, peeled and chopped
    2 Tbsp lime juice
    1 Tbsp tequila
    1 Tbsp orange liqueur
    4 scallions, sliced
    2 plum tomatoes, chopped
    1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    1 Tbsp minced garlic
    1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Combine avocado and lime juice, stirring to coat. Mash mixture with a fork (mixture will still be slightly lumpy). Add tequila and remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended.
