Introduction

Ingredients

    Turkey Broth (1 can)
    Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion),
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Cabbage, napa, 1 cup
    Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Water, tap, 15 fl oz
    Garlic, 5 tsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large

Directions

Chop onions, napa cabbage, scallions (green onions) and add them to the turkey broth and water. Bring to a rolling boil. Cook until onions are translucent. Add soy sauce

In a small bowl add eggs and beat them until they are a nice consistency. Add to the rolling boil slowly. Stir slightly.

Add salt and pepper to taste

Serving Size: 3 large bowls

    This turned out great for me. I sauteed the onions and a whole bulb of garlic before adding the napa cabbage and broth. I also added shrimps for extra protein. It was delicious and my family loved it! - 1/25/15
