Introduction

This is a great salad if you are watching calories and/or fat, because you get the same great taste by replacing the fatty sour cream with Greek Yogurt :) This is a great salad if you are watching calories and/or fat, because you get the same great taste by replacing the fatty sour cream with Greek Yogurt :)

Ingredients

cucumber (about 1/4 of a cucumber per portion)
    onion (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste, a pinch of salt and pepper)
Greek Yogurt ( I would say 1-2 tsp per portion)

Depending on how many servings you are making, multiply by the above ingredients.

Directions

Chop the cucumber and the onion, toss with oregano, salt and pepper, and add the Greek yogurt. Tada!

Tip: very easy to make even if you only eye the ingredients, just remember to watch the amount of yogurt if you're watching calories and fat.
