Introduction

WARNING: Crunchy smoothie! High in fiber, iron, protein, vitamins and energy! :) Great for a quick and healthy breakfast on the go! Just ask my soldier :D WARNING: Crunchy smoothie! Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    - 1 cup strawberrys, frozen
    - 1 small banana, frozen
    - 1 half cup blackberries, frozen
    - 1 half cup blueberries, frozen
    - 1 and 1/2 cup milk (any kind you desire. I used 2%)
    - 3-4 TBSP fat free yogurt, strawberry
    - 1 cup Kashi GoLEAN Crunch

    Put all ingredients into blender and blend until a smoothie consistency and enjoy :)

Directions

If you have a cheap blender like mine, have a spatula ready to mix once or twice.

Serving Size: Makes 2 12oz servings :)
