Ingredients

One 5 oz. package Farmhouse® Four Cheese Pasta
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
3 oz. prosciutto or ham cut in thin strips
5 oz. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1-1/4 cups warm water
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1.In medium sauce pan, melt butter or margarine. Add prosciutto and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
2.Add peas, Italian seasoning, nutmeg, water, milk, pasta and contents of seasoning packet. Heat to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and low-boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender.
3.Remove from heat. Stir in ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
Serving Size: Makes about four 1 cup servings
