Introduction

Ingredients

    5-oz can tuna, canned in water, drained
    2 large hard boiled eggs
    1-1/2 Tbsp Duke's Light Mayo
    1 Tbsp yellow mustard
    1 dash black pepper
    1 tbsp finely diced onion

Directions

Chop the hard boiled eggs. Drain the can of tuna. Finely dice the onion. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve on bed of lettuce or low-calorie sandwich round for a nutritious and delicious lunch or dinner.
