Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. Fish Fry Seafood Mix
    1 cup Milk - 2%
    1 fillet fish
    1 Egg white

Directions

1. Spray bottom of shallow baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Pour fry mix into shallow dish or large plastic bag.
3. Mix egg white and milk in a bowl. Dip fish in egg mixture. Place fish in fry mix and shake. Shake off excess.
4. Place fish on baking pan.
5. Bake 450 degree oven 10 to 20 minutes or until fish is golden brown around edges and flakes easily with fork.
