Introduction

A variation of a classic with some Miracle Whip. If you don't want to use regular Miracle Whip, you can use light, but I'm afraid this is just plain gross using fat-free miracle whip. Ingredients

    4 Cucumbers
    1 Onion (peeled and sliced thin)
    1 1/2 C. Miracle Whip
    1/2 C. Sugar
    1/4 C. White Vinegar
    Salt and Pepper to taste




    Slice cucumbers. Soak for an hour in salt water to take the burp out of them if needed. Mix together and let sit overnight. Refrigerate. Serve. Salt and Pepper to taste. Dressing can also be used for Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Broccoli and Cauliflower. Tomatoes can also be added, but I would recommend garden grown. Adds a nice tang.
