1 Scoop Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Double Rich Chocolate (31g)
1 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (8oz)
2 Tablespoons Bell Plantation Chocolate PB2 (12g)
1/2 Large Banana (or 1 Medium Banana)
1 Cup Fresh Spinach
Handful of Ice (Add more or less depending on how frothy you want it to be. I use about one cup or 8 cubes.)
Directions
Pour all ingredients in a blender and blend until it has a frothy, milkshake-like texture. Pour into glass and enjoy.
