Introduction
A broth based bean soup that has lots of laste! Easy to make, all in one pot! The diced tomatoes & green chiles gives is an excellent spicy flavor, but any diced tomatoes would work! Ingredients

4 c. water
4 chicken bullion cubes
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 glove of garlic
2 c. fresh spinach, chopped
2 c. cabbage, chopped
1 can each kidney beans, black beans, white beans
1 can chopped tomatoes & green chiles
1 tsp. salt & pepper
2 tsp. cilantro
Directions
Use non-stick spray to coat the bottom of a soup pan.
Add onion, celery and garlic
Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil
Add 4 bullion cubes and carrots, continue to boil
Add spinach and cabbage.
Add tomatoes and beans (straining and rinsing well)
Turn the heat down and let the soup simmer, blending flavors together for 30 minutes
Serving Size: 1 cup
