Introduction

quick light complete meal, easy to double for 2 quick light complete meal, easy to double for 2

Ingredients

    2 tsp grape seed oil divided (garlic if you have it) or canola
    1 tbs chopped onion
    2 tbs chopped mushroom
    1 c broccoli slaw
    2 ounces cooked chopped pork tenderloin (or other protein)
    1 tbs light soy sauce
    1/2 cup cooked rice (chilled)
    1/2 tsp chinese 5 spice or Asian blend seasoing (like Wild Tree potsticker blend)

Directions

heat 1 tsp oil over very high heat, add veggies, stir fry 2 min, add another tsp oil, add rice, stir fry 2 min, mixing with veggies, add seasoning and soy sauce to taste, stir fry 1-2 min, add pork stir til heated.
