Ingredients

    2 whole wheat pita pockets, 4.5 inch
    2 Tablespoons spaghetti sauce
    1/4 cup feta cheese
    2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim
    1/2 cup chopped fresh zucchini squash
    1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
    1/4 cup chopped onions

Directions

Place pita pockets on a pizza pan.
Spread 1 TBSP of spaghetti sauce on each.
Divide all remaining ingredients between the two pizza ending in mozzarella on the top.

Broil about 6 inches from broiler until cheese is melted and brown.

Serves 2

    I'm sure you could substitute vegan mozzarella or vegan cheddar for both the cheeses. However if you are using dairy its not vegan. - 5/23/10
