Ingredients

3-4 chicken breasts - cooked/baked cut into bite size pieces
6 servings (3 cups uncooked rice) - rice prepared
1 10oz bag frozen broccoli thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
3 tbs butter (I can't believe it's not butter calculated)
.25 c. Italian bread crumbs
Directions
Cook chicken and rice. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Place chicken, rice, broccoli and soups in 3 quart casserole dish. Back at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Melt 3 tbsp butter and mix with .25 c bread crumbs. Sprinkle mixture on top of casserole and bake for additional 5 minutes.
