4 4oz wild Mahi Mahi steaks, rinsed and patted dry
2 cups arugula
2 fresh limes, juiced
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced thinly
2 tblespns extra virgin olive oil
2 tblespns toasted, unhulled sesame seeds
4 tblespns Italian bread crumbs
Arugula leaves and lemon/lime slices for garnish
Directions
Drizzle olive oil on fish in a shallow, broiler-safe baking dish;
Cover with lime juice and sprinkle with breadcrumbs;
Top with pepper slices;
Broil 10-15 mins or to desired doneness;
Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds;
Garnish with arugula and lemon/lime slices.

MISSLEEDEE
We love jalapenos. I never thought about putting them on top of fish but it really works! The oil, lime juice, and bread crumbs go well together. I'm not convinced about the sesame seeds -- couldn't really taste them much. I think next time I will try using sesame oil instead of olive oil. - 9/25/15
