2 cans pears diced in light syrup drained
    2 cups almonds

Directions

Combine buttermilk and steel cut oats in a bowl, let sit on counter 24 hours-no it does not need to be refrigerated, it is cultured buttermilk and it won't hurt you to let it sit at room temperature. Pour into a greased 9x9 glass pan bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until it is the constancy desired.
