Ingredients

2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 can (14 1/2 oz) SWANSON chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Vegetable cooking spray
6 pork chops, 1/2' thick (about 1 1/2 lbs)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
Directions
In bowl mix cornstarch, broth & pepper until smooth. Set aside.
Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add chops and cook about 10 - 15 min or until browned. Set chops aside.
Remove pan from heat. Spray with cooking spray. Reduce heat to medium. Add onion & bell pepper and cook until tender-crisp.
Stir cornstarch mixture and add. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Return chops to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 - 10 mins or until chops are no longer pink.
