Introduction

Ingredients

Brown ground beef and ground turkey with the onions, green pepper, DICED cucumber and minced garlic
Use spegetti sauce of choice
add canned tomato- dice or purchase pre-diced
stir in the browned meat/veggie mixture
allow to simmer for 30 minutes on low heat covered
mix fat free light cottage cheese-chives, pepper, and egg in seperate bowl.
place 2 cups sauce in bottom of pan
add UNCOOKED rice noodles
place half of cheee micture of noodles
cover with 2 cupos sauce
add 2nd layer of rice noodles
use remainder of cottage cheese mixture
cover with remaining sauce
sprinkle with FAT FREE mozerella
cover with foil and bake 35 minues covered at 300 degrees-no hotter- this helps with consistancy of noodles
remove foild bake additional 35minutes
lket stand 15 minutes prior to cutting or serving so lasagna stiffens up a bit.
