These granola bars make a great on-the-toad, gym bag or lunch-bag snack. They are delicious and packed with good ingredients to satisfy you between meals. Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup Publix brand Cranberry, Nut and Seed Mix
1 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp honey
6 tbsp "I Can't Believe Its Not Butter"
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a 9" square baking pan with foil, extending the foil over the side. Grease the foil with margarine or spray oil.
Mix the first four ingredients (1.) oats, 2.) nut. seed & dried cranberry mix, 3.) cardamom 4.) cinnamon) in a large bowl
Heat the margarine, brown sugar and honey until the margarine melts and it starts to boil. (This heat helps dissolve the brown sugar.)
Pour the heated mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixed ingredients into the prepared pan and press evenly with a spatula.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Cool completely on a rack. Using the foil, lift out of the pan and place onto a large cutting board. Cut into bars only q
