Introduction

Refreshing and simple to make. A great start to my day with 2 kids 2 and under! My toddler loves it, too! Refreshing and simple to make. A great start to my day with 2 kids 2 and under! My toddler loves it, too!

Ingredients

    1/4 c. Almonds
    1/2 c. Milk (1%)
    1/2 c. Greek yogurt
    1/2 packet Truvia (or honey to taste)
    3/4 c. frozen blueberries
    1-1/2 c. fresh spinach

Directions

Put almonds in a blender and pulse till powdery. Add milk, yogurt, sweetner and blue berries. Blend 20-30 secs. Add spinach and blend 15-30 secs. Serve!

If you like a colder smoothie, add some crushed ice.

Serving Size: Makes 1 lg. glass
