Ingredients

    Zucchini, eggplant, portabella mushroom, greens, tomatoes, asparagus, cheese, garlic (Basil, Italian Seasoning, Mrs. Dash, Optional)

Directions

Chop garlic and mix it in with the tomatoes.
Layer zucchini, 1/2 of the tomatoes, mushroom,1 string cheese, eggplant, 1/2 of the tomatoes, greens, 1 string cheese, and asparagus

Options- Add italian seasoning or Mrs. Dash to the tomatoes, Add a layer of fresh basil over the tomato layers

Bake at 400 for 30 mins
