Introduction

Ingredients

    Kirkland chicken breast (canned), 7 oz
    Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz)
    Walnuts, 1 oz (14 halves)
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 inner leaf
    1 Tbsp Hellman's Light Mayo
    1/4 Fresh Pear, peeled and chopped

Directions

Drain the chicken and rinse to reduce the sodium. Crumble into a bowl and add chopped pears, chopped walnuts and raisins. Mix in 1 Tbsp of light mayo and serve with fresh lettuce or a salad mix.
