Low Glycemic and Balanced! This is what I recommend to a lot of my clients as a healthy snack between meals or as a great dessert. Add whatever fruit you would like! It is sooooo good and quick! Ingredients

    1 cup Non- Fat Yogurt (plain or flavored)
    1/2 Cup Fiber One or Go Lean Crunch
    1/4 cup Strawberries
    1/4 cup Blueberries (can add whatever fruit you would like!)

Directions

1 Serving
Mix Yogurt with choice of fruit and sprinkle Fiber One or Go Lean Crunch Cereal on top! Enjoy!
