Ingredients

    Ground chicken, 1 pound
    4 cupsBrown Rice
    Whole wheat tortillas, 10 serving
    Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 2 cup
    mild green chili sauce 2 small can or 1 large
    2 packages of taco seasoning

Directions

Cook rice according to direction. In addition, brown meat add taco seasoning. Combine rice and meat adding another taco seasoning. In a baking pan put a little of the green sauce in bottom of the pan so shells do not stick. Portion out one tenth of meat and rice mixture and put in shell. Add cheese, roll, and place in pan. Do for rest of meat and shells. Add little more sauce over all of enchiladas and cover with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 min. uncover and bake for another 5 min.
