    Egg, fresh, 9 large, beaten
    Milk, 1%, .75 cup
    Butter, salted, 3 tbsp
    Morningstar Farms Sausage Patties, 8 serving (or equivalent meat product of your choice)
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup, thawed (or thawed/cooked vegetable of your choice)
    Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1.5 tsp (or mustard of your choice)
    Salt, .75 tsp
    Pepper, black, .375 tsp
    Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded (sharp cheddar recommended (like Tillamook Vintage Special Reserve White Cheddar); use 2% milk cheese for reduced fat)


Mix all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish (9"x13" for firmer casserole, 8"x8" for fluffier casserole). Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
