    16 oz. Chicken cooked and chopped
    1 Box Fat free Chicken Broth
    1 onion chopped
    chili powder
    Masa Harina ( the one in red bag like flour )
    1 can rotel
    1 10oz. can (red) enchilada sauce
    8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. minced garlic


Cook chicken until done. I use no grease. Dice chicken and then cook onion and add tsp garlic. Add broth, 1 c. water chili powder, cumin power, rotel and enchilada sauce and bring to boil. Take 1 c. masa and 1 c. water and wisk together and add. then add cheese and heat until melted.

Serving Size: Makes 10 1 cup servings
