Ingredients

    4.5 oz Mozarella Cheese
    1.9 oz Feta Cheese
    1 large peeled chopped cucumber
    1 chopped medium tomato
    3/4 cup chopped scallion
    4.5 cups rotini pasta
    1 cup lite italian dressing
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp basil
    1/3 cup cider vinegar

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions, drain, add the rest of the ingredients and chill for 30 minutes.
