Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1/2 large sweet onion, chopped
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    western family black beans, 2 cans, drained and rinsed
    western family diced tomatoes no salt added, 3 cans
    western family corn, 1 can, drained and rinsed
    western family kidney beans, no salt added, 5 cans drained and rinsed
    Great northern beans 1 can, drained and rinsed
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    6 sweet potatoes (smallish), chopped
    8 oz 80/20 ground beef, (would prefer lower fat but only had this for the calorie count)
    5 Artisian Chicken Mozzarella Sausage, sliced

Directions

In a large dutch oven pan, cook the potatoes in small amount of water till done and water mostly evaporated. Add onions and garlic. Add beans, corn and tomatoes. Add spices. Cook over medium low until warmed.
serve with polenta or chips, sour cream and cheese.

Serving Size: makes about 15- 18 servings
