This is a crockpot recipe. It's high in vitamin C and very low cholesterol and carbs. No tomato sauce, no egg, no bread.

Ingredients

    16 oz lean ground meat
    2 cups fine shredded cabbage
    1 medium green bell pepper cut fine
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Golden Onion mix

Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Shape into a loaf.
Fold a piece of aluminum foil to make a handle. Make second handle.
Place foil handls across each other in the bottom of small crockpot. Put meatloaf on top of handles.
Heat on low for 8 hours.
Serves 8

Serving Size: Cut round loaf into 8 servings

    I used this recipe as a guide for how much cabbage I could put into my meatloaf and still have it look like a meatloaf. I may have done it wrong (my cabbage wasn't finely shredded, it was chopped). I will try this again and experiment with proportions. But thanks for posting! - 6/3/13
